I’ve completed the Inquiry form. What is the first step?

Let’s start off with our first chat consultation! I’ll set up a time to have a quick talk with you about what your expectations are and if I am a fit for you. I will talk you through my process and answer any questions.

I send over a .pdf file of “What to Expect” so that you feel relaxed, prepared, and confident.

My Lifestyle Portrait session packages start at $650 during the weekdays (Mon-Thurs). Weekend sessions are $750 (Fri-Sun).

My Wedding Investment prices starts at $6,000. I am happy to customize a Wedding Investment that suits your budget.

How much time do you recommend for a session?

I recommend 60-90 minutes together. I like to go with the flow of things. Everything is much more genuine and authentic that way.

How much is due at the time of booking?

A 50% retainer and signed contract is required in order to reserve a date. The retainer is applied towards the total session.

The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the appointment.

Do I travel? What is your fee?

Why yes! I love to travel to locations. $1 per mile required beyond 10 miles of 92118 zip code

Over 2 hours of travel by car. Cost includes Lodging & $1 per mile traveled

Travel cost by plane include: Airfare, Car Rental, and Lodging. Travel fee is $450 per day. $1 per mile charge

****Travel Fee is subject to change depending on location, travel dates, and airline rates

What happens if we are late for our session appointment?

Please try to arrive on time. Just communicate with me if you need more time.

If we are 15 minutes late, I may have to cancel the appointment and charging the full session fee.

What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule our appointment?

Please provide 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment at your convenience. Life happens! We totally understand!

If a timely notice cannot be provided you will be charged for 100% of the session fee and/or Investment amount agreed upon.

I’m not really good at picking out clothes. Can you please help me with that?

Absoutely!! Styling can be stressful or fun depending on how you look at it. I am here to offer direction when it comes to the styling of your photoshoot.

If you need professional styling services I can recommend a MUA and/or stylist as an “Add On” service to you.

Our session time together has ended. What happens now?

Please allow up to 14 business days to process your gallery. You will receive a culled and edited online gallery to share with Friends and Family on social media.

If you ordered prints, please allow up to 3 weeks for processing. ***Turn times are subject to change.

Can you use an Instagram filter on the photos?

I know filters can make or break a photograph and Instagram has a lot of really fun ones!

But adding ANY filter to an edited photo from your photographer is generally considered a “no-no”. I ask that you please keep the integrity of the photographs.

Do you offer “Same Day Editing”?

Yes! I do offer “RUSH” editing services at an additional cost to you.

Can you explain your printing process?

Once I have gathered the information and payment, I will send over a "proofing" gallery via email for you to "ok" the images before sending to print. 

If everything looks good I will proceed with printing the order for you. Once we go to print there is no changing of minds. You understand and agree that once proofing has been approved by you and I send this to print there are no returns or refunds. These services are non-refundable and cannot be applied towards another order as the printing process will start from the beginning. Additionally, If any other requests are needed after we print that, it becomes a new order.
